Introducing our Customer Service App

Introducing a new customer service app offering greater access to information on our products and services in a more convenient way for you to manage your insurance policies with MetLife. The new MetLife Nepal Customer Service App will allow you to access our various services without having to leave home from your mobile phones.

Once you securely log in, you can view information of your policy like

  • status of your policy
  • total premium paid
  • premium installments paid
  • premium payment statement
  • premium due date

You can also sign up to receive policy notifications like premium due dates and full maturity notifications as well. The app also contains contact information for any type of customer support or inquiries that you may require.

Registration and Sign-up Process

  1. Search “MetLife Nepal Customer App” in Play Store and Download
  2. Open MetLife App and Login Page will open 
  3. Press the Sign-up button for new registration (only for MetLife customers/policy holders) Viewers who are not yet MetLife customers can view and inquire about the company and our various Products and Services.
  4. For registration, enter the required details and Press Register: Policy No: XXXXXX, Mobile No: 98XXXXXXXX (number registered with MetLife), Year of Birth: XXXX (Birth age of Owner in case of Child’s Policy)
  5. You will receive a Registration Success message and will receive a first-time login password through SMS in your mobile
  6. Simply copy and paste the password in the login page along with your mobile number and Press log in
  7. Then will get the request for password change. Three password criteria need to be fulfilled while changing i.e., Password should have at least eight characters; at least one upper case character; at least one number or one special character.
  8. Once the password is changed, you can login the App using the new password. (The changed password will be used to login the app for going further logins) 
  9. The Apps home page will open

Log in process for registered Customers

  1. Enter your Mobile number and password which have been changed during first time log in process.
  2. If you forget your password, you will need to call our help desk and we will reset the password for you. You will receive new password in their mobile through SMS. Change the password and login with the changed password.
  3. If you click “Need Help Logging in”; you can make direct call to our helpdesk
  4. If you enter incorrect mobile no. or password then you will get a message from us to correct it or call our helpdesk.
