In general, LifeCare - Beautiful and LifeCare - Brave policies do not cover war risk, pre-existing health condition, self-inflicted injuries and HIV/AIDS. Also, coverage commencement date for covered Critical illness benefit is 60 days from date of policy issue. Some of the covered critical illness expenses are reimbursed in percentage of sum assured. The coverage commencement date for each covered critical illness and percentage of sum assured payable in case of diagnosis is available in policy schedule and benefit plans.
